Here’s something not many dog trainers will tell you: training classes don’t train your dog. A good dog training class should teach you to train your own dog. The problem is, most don’t. They walk you through the motions without taking time to explain the scientific concepts and specific methods that achieve the most rapid and reliable results. Without understanding the “why”, it’s impossible to properly apply the “how”. The fact is, most good dog trainers aren’t good people trainers.

That’s where we come in. Combining 30+ years of experience leading high performing teams in the professional environments of agriculture and finance with extensive dog training and handling experience (both pet and competition handling), Steph and Jamie have spent as much time training humans as they have training dogs.
